Lincoln Expense Solutions was founded by Clark Eide, a 25 year veteran of the Foreign Exchange industry. His knowledge of these markets, the way they work, the way prices are derived, and how the FX trading industry functions was the impetus to the creation of the LES FX*ToolkitTM, an unparalleled approach to FX cost management. Mr. Eide is also chairman of the Value Added Tax reclaim company, CEI, which has for the last 18 years assisted companies of all sizes make money by skillful handling of their opportunities in this complex field.

Clark Eide — President

Clark graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance, where he was elected a Notre Dame Scholar. He started his career working as an account executive for a major international airline, before becoming director of a chain of travel agencies in the Midwest. He began to help fellow travel corporations successfully manage their foreign exchange exposure, before creating his own corporate foreign exchange business, Eide and Eide, which soon grew into a multi-million dollar business. Clark then partnered with two payments processing executives to form Trancentrix, Inc., a pioneer in the field of corporate electronic funds transfer and Foreign Exchange, which was honored as an Inc. 500 pick in 2004 before ultimately being sold. Clark has also been an innovator in various aspects of Value Added Tax (VAT) recovery for companies worldwide through his firm CEI, with offices in the USA, England, France, India, and Australia. Lincoln Expense Solutions' Treasury services expense analysis is a natural progression for his global corporate clientele.

Carl (Doc) Martens — Director of Marketing and Development

Carl "Doc" Martens brings over 30 years of sales & marketing and sales management experience to his position of Director, Marketing & Development of LES. A native of Wisconsin, he spent much of his career in Nebraska, and is now residing in California. Combining his people skills with his knowledge of FX and banking issues, and his tireless commitment to lowering costs and delivering customer satisfaction, he brings you a powerful partner in the treasury analysis field.

Thomas Davise — Executive Director of Sales

Thomas Davise (Tom) is a graduate of Stanford University with a Mechanical Engineering degree, and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. For five years, he was an analyst at Merrill Lynch. During this period, Tom was responsible for a wide variety of financial areas. Tom then moved to Goldman Sachs, where he worked as a foreign exchange and currency option salesperson in London advising hundreds of corporations and fund managers around the globe how to manage their foreign exchange risk.

After leaving Wall Street, Tom flourished as an executive, exemplifying integrity and fairness. His last venture was as a member of the founding executive team of TPA Direct, Inc, a leading Third-party Administrator for Alternative Investments (specializing in foreign exchange) for retirement plans. Tom played a key role in the national launch of the company, leading it to sustain revenue generation and profitability from year one. He developed a reputation for outstanding customer service resulting in 100% client retention even under such challenging conditions following September 11th. Tom's commitment to customer service and putting the customer's needs first is what lead Tom to Lincoln Expense Solutions. He has successfully completed the requirements for a number of professional Security Licenses including NASD Series 3, 7/63, 24 and 65.

James S. Granger, CTP, CPA

James Granger served in many key roles in Trancentrix's Treasury Operations, Finance and Administration organizations since the company's inception. He played an instrumental role in guiding the company to its position as a leading provider of bank-independent solutions for streamlining and reducing costs associated with the corporate payment process. An acknowledged expert in treasury operations, James has achieved the industry's most widely recognized certification, The Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). James began his career with the public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the state of Nebraska. A graduate of Midland Lutheran College with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, James was also awarded a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Edward W. Fitzgerald, CPA

Edward W. Fitzgerald, a Chicago native, was graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Accounting, and earned his Masters in Taxation from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and past President of the Nebraska Society of CPA's. Professionally, Ed worked with Arthur Young and Company, rising to Partner and Director of the Tax Department in the Detroit Office. After completing 26 years with Arthur Young, he became Vice President for Father Flanagan's Boys' Home (Boys Town) where he oversaw an annual budget which grew from $65 million to $137 million during his tenure. Ed is a national expert on taxation for Tax Exempt Organizations, being a frequent speaker on issues related to tax exempts. He also served as Spokesperson for the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Hearing on Not-For-Profit Standards.

Theresa Epley

Theresa Epley, President of TGE, an accounting and consulting firm, brings nearly 20 years of expertise in the accounting, oversight, and management of foreign accounts and bank fees for U.S companies, and in payroll administration. She is currently involved in supervising accounting activities and invoice processing for CEI, one of her corporate clients, a world leader in Value Added Tax reclaim, among other international and domestic firms in her portfolio.

Steven Lowrie

Steven Lowrie has over 25 years experience in business spanning the areas of finance, marketing, public relations, housing advocacy, real estate and business development consulting. His work on housing issues as they relate to affordability, sustainability and choice, in both the U.K. and U.S.A. since 1993 gained high recognition from industry and government sources at all levels. A social entrepreneur by choice and a Scot by birth, Steven does not enjoy seeing money wasted, whether it's his or anyone else's.
