How do we start the process?

After completing a mutual confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement and proposal acceptance, an initial review of the designated treasury expense category(ies) will start. You will just need to upload certain data to us via your private LES Web*Portal space. LES managers and technical staff will analyze your individual situation, and provide a schedule for completion of each analysis, agreed by you. After that, you need do nothing until the results of the analysis are passed to you in a battery of reports, which we will analyze with you.

How much time will the process take accessing our records and taking employee time?

The disruption caused by our intervention is minimal - gathering of data for analysis usually takes only a few hours per category. The actual analysis is done on our premises.

Can I do this analysis myself?

You can, of course. Our experience, however, shows that the vast majority of companies do not, for many reasons, ranging from time available to lack of enough information. Evaluations are often put on the "back-burner" as staff time is spent on pressing current issues. There is a lack of experience in knowing how and where to go to make improvements, to benchmark past performance. LES can do the benchmarking and has the experience and hard data to make sensible, accurate recommendations. It is an ideal outsourced task

Will it change my relationships with my suppliers?

We will not impose change on your operation. We bring solutions. We get to know your supplier relationships. We analyze your existing suppliers, and help you deal more effectively with them. You need not change suppliers. We can bring in alternative suppliers if you wish. Importantly, we are a third party. This assures you of an impartial recommendation. We act as an advisor to you, but you make all final decisions.
